Frequently asked questions
How many sessions will I need?
It depends on your goal. Many people have one to three sessions, two to four weeks apart. You review progress with your kinesiologist at the end of each session.
Is it covered by insurance?
Some supplementary insurance plans cover part of the cost when the therapist is recognised (for example by ASCA or EMR). Basic health insurance does not cover kinesiology.
Do you really travel everywhere?
Yes, to all 26 cantons. Travel within 25 km is included; beyond that, we tell you the surcharge before confirming.
Which languages?
English, German, French and Italian, and Romansh on request in Graubünden.
How do I pay?
Online by card, TWINT, Apple Pay or Google Pay through Stripe. Companies can pay by invoice.
Can I cancel?
Yes, free of charge up to 24 hours before the session. We refund you or move the appointment.
Does kinesiology replace a doctor?
No. It is a complementary approach. For health problems, see a doctor.
Do you offer sessions for children?
Yes, from school age, with shorter sessions and a parent present if needed.
